Meditation | Community | Connection

The Buddha was inviting us to explore, as deeply as meditation itself, what it means to awaken together in community. He was inviting us to explore community itself as a practice of meditation or cultivation. |

Tuesday Evening Schedule
You may participate in one or all segments. During the formal sit we request that you do not enter or leave the room once the bowl has been rung. Chairs and cushions are available. |
Prescott Insight is committed to building inclusive community with an open invitation to a practice of openness and compassion toward ourselves and others.
As part of our practice, we ask that you please not wear scented products to the sits.
With the proliferation of fragrances in body care and laundry products, even when it's marketed as natural or therapeutic, many people are affected by Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS). Due to allergies, asthma or MCS, they may have difficulty breathing, migraine headaches, flu-like symptoms and more.
When we come to meditation having used these products on our bodies or clothing, those who are allergic or sensitive are faced with the choice to stay and suffer with the effects, or leave and be excluded.
Thank you for taking this seriously, and may we all feel healthy and included!
For more information please check out this Fragrance Free page compiled by East Bay Meditation Center, or this one by Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
