A Drop-in Day of Mindfulness
Saturday, February 28
9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Prescott Insight will offer a day of silent meditation in our regular meeting hall at Trinity Presbyterian Church,
630 Park Avenue, Prescott, AZ.
This event is an opportunity to come together in community to deepen your mindfulness practice. We will observe noble silence throughout the day to foster an environment in which our minds can settle more deeply.
We will alternate half-hour periods of sitting and walking meditation. Teachers will provide instruction in walking meditation and mark transitions on the half-hour; otherwise, this event will be self-directed with no further teaching.
You’re welcome to arrive any time during the day and stay as long as you wish — please come and go mindfully and in silence.
No registration or RSVP is required — we hope to see you!

We meet for meditation every Tuesday night at 7pm, both in-person and online.

Monthly Potlucks
We usually hold a potluck roughly once a month, on a Sunday.
We begin at 11:30 a.m. with a 30-minute silent meditation, followed by food, friendship and conversation, and then wrap up around 1:30 p.m. It’s a fun way to find out more about our group and eat great food together.
